Khanh Hoa Water Supply And Sewerage JSC (UPCoM: KHW)

- 29 October 1979: Phu Khanh Water Supply and Sewerage Company was established under Decision No.2457/UB-TC issued by Phu Khanh Provincial People's Committee;

- 1980: Took over Xuan Phong Water Factory;

- 1982: Took over Nha Trang Water Supply Works Management Unit;

- 23 December 1992: Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No.1478/QD-UB on the establishment of Khanh Hoa Water Supply and Sewerage Company;

- 26 June 2010: Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No.1639/QD-UBND on transforming Khanh Hoa Water Supply and Sewerage Company into Khanh Hoa Water Supply and Sewerage One-Member Limited Company;

- 17 July 2012: Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No.1722/QD-UBND on equitizing Khanh Hoa Water Supply and Sewerage One-Member Limited Company;

- 25 September 2013: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE)  with the average winning bid of VND11,500 per share;

- 26 December 2013: Shareholders' meeting was held for the first time to establish Khanh Hoa Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company;

- 31 December 2013: Put into operation under the model of a joint-stock company with an initial charter capital of VND260 billion;

- 20 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
