Hanoi Liquor And Beverage JSC (UPCoM: HNR)

- 1898: Hanoi Liquor Factory was built;

- 21 November 1955: Hanoi Liquor Factory was recovered to produce alcohol for healthcare, defense and welfare;

- 1960-1961: With the support of German and Chinese experts, Alylo method was replaced with Mycomalte method to increase the productivity and diversify input materials;

- 1978-1985: Researched and developed alcohol distillation tower with ''Sodecial'' method of France to ensure the high quality of refined alcohol;

- 02 February 1990: Signed the contract with Novo Nordit firm of Denmark to import Enzyme, and to  innovate alcoholic fermenting system in accordance with the international standards;

- 16 November 2006: Hanoi Liquor One-Member Limited Company was transformed into Hanoi Liquor Joint Stock Company;

- 06 December 2006: Hanoi Liquor Joint Stock Company officially came into operation;

- 19 August 2008: Charter capital was raised to VND59.85 billion;

- 12 January 2009: Charter capital was raised to VND70,623,000,000;

- 29 May 2009: Charter capital was raised to VND108.5 billion;

- Ngày 17/08/2010: Charter capital was raised to VND200 billion;

- 24 January 2011: Signed the strategic partnership agreement with Diego Singapore;

- October 2010: Inaugurated Hanoi Liquor Factory in Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province;

- 16 April 2018: Became a public company under the Document No.2352/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 08 June 2018: Traded on UPCOM market;

- July 07, 2020: Renamed as Hanoi Liquor and Beverage Joint Stock Company.
