- 27 October 1995: Vietnam Electrical Engineering Equipment Corporation was established under the Decision No.1120/QD-TCCBDT issued by Ministry of Heavy Industry (Now Ministry of Industry and Trade);

- 27 September 2010: Launched IPO at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an average winning bid of VND10,502 per share;

- 01 December 2010: Officially transformed into Vietnam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation with a charter capital of VND1,400 billion;

- 16 September 2015: Increased the charter capital to VND1,550 billion;

- October 2015: Transacted on UPCOM;

- 25 December 2015: Ministry of Industry and Trade divested 100% of its capital from Vietnam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation;

- 21 February 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND2,320 billion;

- 23 August 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND2,668 billion;

- 28 December 2017: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 18 January 2018: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 23 July 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND3,388 billion;

- 18 September 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND4,065.6 billion;

- 31 July 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND4,245,600,000,000;

- 21 October 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND4,882,440,000,000;

- June 24, 2021: Renamed as Gelex Group Joint Stock Company;

- August 27, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND7,811,904,000;
