Century Land JSC (HOSE: CRE)

- August 20, 2001: Truong Thanh Technological Development Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND3 billion under the business registration certificate No.0101160306 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 2002: Renamed as Truong Thanh 21st Century Land Joint Stock Company;

- September 25, 2007: Renamed as Century Land Joint Stock Company with its charter capital raised up to VND10 billion;

- 2008: Century Real Estate Floor was established as one of the first fifteen members of Vietnam Real Estate Floors Network -  currently known as Vietnam Association of Realtors;

- 2009: Established Hochiminh Branch and CEN Phu My Hung Real Estate Floor, currently known as Cen Saigon Real Estate Joint Stock Company;

- 19 May 2012: Launched STDA Real Estate Supermarket;

- December 20,  2015: Charter capital was increased to VND130 billion;

- 2015: STDA took the 1st position in real estate brokerage with 34% of Hanoi marketshare;

- 2016: Launched website nghemoigioi.vn;

- 21 July 2017: Charter capital was increased to VND250 billion;

- February 27, 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND500 billion;

- March 22, 2018: Bceame a public company;

- August 10, 2018: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- September 05, 2018: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- March 19, 2019: Charter capital was increased to VND800 billion;

- January 19, 2021: Charter capital was increased to VND959,999,080,000;

- November 02, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND2,105,995,570,000;
