- 15 April 1981: Direct Utilization and Specialty Goods Export and Import Joint State Public and Private Partnership Company of District 5 was established under the Decision No. 73/QD-UB issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- 01 May 1981: Exported food for the first time to Hong Kong;

- 02 June 1983: Renamed as Exported Goods Supply Company of District 5 under the Decision No.78/QD-UB issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- 07 April 1989: Renamed as Import Export Trading Production Union  of District 5 under the Decision No.172/QD-UB issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- 15 January 1993: Renamed as Cho Lon Investment And Import Export Company under the Decision No. 21/QD-UB issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- 05 February 1997: Delegated to play as an investment owner in Vinh Loc Industrial Park in Binh Chanh district and Hoc Mon district with an area of 207 hectare under the Decision No.81/TTg issued by the Prime Minister;

- 30 April 1997: Construction of Vinh Loc Industrial Park was commenced;

- 16 August 2005: Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.145/2005/QD-UBND on transforming Cho Lon Investment And Import Export Company to come into operation under the model of Parent Company-Subsidiary;

- 2010: Transformed into Cho Lon Investment And Import Export One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.3074/QD-UBND dated 12 July 2010 issued by issued by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee;

- 04 March 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with an offered quantity of 21,581,400 shares and average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 15 July 2016: Put into operation under the model of joint stock company with a charter capital of VND 866 billion;

- 08 September 2016: Became a public company;

- 01 March 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
