- 27 December 1962: Construction Department under the Ministry of Transportation was establised;

- 1965: Moved to Nghe An province and renamed as Construction Department No.1;

- 1976: Renamed as Construction Complex Enterprise No.1;

- 1982: Renamed as Transportation Construction Complex Enterprise No.4;

- 1991: Re-established as Civil Engineering Construction Corporation in the Central Region;

- 1995: Re-established and renamed as Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.4;

- 2007: Transformed to parent - subsidiary company model;

- 2013: Equitized and renamed as Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.4 - JSC with an initial charter capital of VND600 billion;

- 06 January 2014: The Prime Minister issued the Decision No.27/QD/TTg on approving the equitization plan of the Parent company - Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.4;

- 02 June 2014: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND600 billion under the business registration certificate No.2900324850 amended for the third time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 03 October 2014: Became a public company;

- 04 September 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND720 billion;

- 23 June 2016: Charter capital was increased to VND1,000 billion;

- 10 December 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- April 15, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND1,059 billion;

- October 21, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND1,123 billion;
