Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company (HOSE: BMP)

- 16 November 1977: Binh Minh Plastics Public - Private Parnership Plant was establised under the Decision No.1488/QÐ-UB issued by Hochiminh City People's Committee;

- 08 February 1990: Binh Minh Plastics Manufacturing Science Enterprise was established through re-established Binh Minh Plastic Public - Private Parnership Plant under the Decision No.86/CNn-TCLD issued by Ministry of Light Industry;

- 24 March 1994: Hochiminh City People's Committee issued the Decision No.842/QD-UB-CN on the nationalization and transformation of Binh Minh Plastics Manufacturing Science Enterprise into a State-owned enterprise;

- 03 November 1994: Ministry of Light Industry issued the Decision No.1434/CNn-TCLD on the establishment of Binh Minh Plastics State-owned Enterprise;

- 04 December 2003: Ministry of Industry issued the Decision No.209/2003/QÐ-BCN on transforming Binh Minh Plastics Company into Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company;

- 02 January 2004: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND107.18 billion;

- 11 July 2006: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 2008: Raised the charter capital to VND175.99 billion;

- 2009: Raised the charter capital to VND340 billion;

- 2010: Raised the charter capital to VND350 billion;

- 2013: Raised the charter capital to VND454.78 billion;

- 2017: Raised the charter capital to VND818.60 billion;
