- 28 September 2015: Taseco Noi Bai Air Services Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND27.12 billion to operate its business in Noi Bai and neighboring airports;
- 2016-2017: Become a parent company with its members trading shops chain, including: Taseco Danang(99.9%), Taseco Saigon (65%), and providing hotel services: Taseco Oceanview (100%), Taseco Media (99.9%). In addition, AST contributes its capital to Vietnam Air Catering Services Joint Stock Company (Vinacs);

- 30 May 2017: Taseco Noi Bai Air Services Joint Stock Company was renamed as Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company (Taseco Airs);
- 27 July 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND360 billion;
- 25 September 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.6411/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 26 December 2017: Listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- 04 January 2018: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- 08 July 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND450 billion;
