Milestones
- 1993: Northern airports, Middle airports and Southern airports were established;
- 2007: Northern Airports Corporation, Middle Airports Corporation, Southern Airports Corporation were established;
- 08 February 2012: Airports Corporation of Vietnam were established on the basis of merging Northern Airports Corporation, Middle Airports Corporation, Southern Airports Corporation with a charter capital of VND14,693 billion under the Decision No.238/QD-BGTVT issued by Ministry of Transport;
- 06 October 2015: The Prime Minister issued the Decision No.1710/QD-TTg on approving the equitization plan of Airports Corporation of Vietnam;
- 10 December 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an average winning bid of VND14,344 per share;
- 16 March 2016: Shareholders' Meeting was held for the first time;
- 01 April 2016: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND21,771,732,360,000;
- Since 21 November 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
